Welcome to Lobby, by PeopleLabs AI ("we," "our," or "us"). This policy explains what information this website collects when you request a demo call or ask us to reach out, and how we handle it. We collect only what's necessary for those purposes and never sell your data to third parties.

This website collects information only when you choose to give it to us, through one of two forms:

• Book a demo — your name, work email, and optionally a phone number, so we can get in touch and set up a walkthrough.
• "Call me" demo widget — the phone number you enter, so Lobby can place a one-time demo call to that number.

Demo request details are used solely to contact you and arrange a walkthrough of Lobby. The phone number you enter in the "call me" widget is passed securely, server-to-server, to Lobby's own voice-calling platform to place that single demo call — it is not shared with any other third party or used for marketing.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect the information you share with us, and retain it only as long as needed to respond to your request. This site sets one strictly-necessary cookie (CSRF protection) to secure form submissions — there is no advertising or analytics tracking.
